A Customer Notice of Shelf-Life Extension informs consumers that one or more Cue Test Cartridges that they have purchased qualifies for a revised Use By (expiration) date. The new date, which will be later than the date printed on the product packaging, is based on results of ongoing stability studies of Cue Cartridges. 

For the new Use By date to take effect, you will need to update the Cue Health App on your mobile smart device before you insert the Cartridge into the Cue Cartridge Reader. You may then use the Cue Cartridge until 11:59 p.m. UTC the day before the extended Use By date noted in the Customer Notice of Shelf-Life Extension.

Customer Notices of Shelf-Life Extension are also posted in the Product Updates section of the <a href="https://cuehealth.com/products/how-cue-detects-covid-19/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Cue COVID-19 Test</a> website.
