The Cue Cartridge Reader is quick and easy to set up. The Cue Health App provides step-by-step instructions.

  1. Download the Cue Health App to a compatible smart mobile device

  2. Plug-in the Cue Reader with the provided charging cable

  3. Pair the Cue Reader with your smart mobile device by scanning the QR code, located on the bottom of the Cue Reader

  4. Remember, the Cue Reader needs to remain on a flat, level surface while preheating, inserting the Cue COVID-19 Cartridge, and running a test. Do not move the Cue Reader while the test is running.
