If the Cue Cartridge Reader is unresponsive and doesn’t “wake” when plugged into a power source, you can reset the Reader manually. Using a thin wire or the end of a paperclip, insert, press, and hold the Manual Reset Button (located on the back of the Reader) for one second. Do not hold the button for more than 3 seconds. Holding the button for more than 10 seconds will return the Reader to factory settings.
