To get started, you’ll need a mobile smart device that is compatible with the Cue Health App to connect to the Cue Reader via Bluetooth®.

Open the Cue Health app on your iPhone or Android device.
Tap "Create Account"
Enter and confirm your email and unique password
Tap "Submit"
Review and accept the End User License Agreement
Review and accept the Privacy Policy
The Cue Health App will send a verification email
Check the inbox of the email you provided when you registered and click "verify email" within the message
Once you have completed and verified your account, open the Cue Health app and log in with the registered email and password
The app will prompt you to enable passcode - this will allow you to use the app without internet access.
Complete and submit the profile information note, not all information is required, however may be useful for your own records
Permissions can be set to allow notifications and location services which may be helpful for troubleshooting and important update notifications.
