The Cue Reader should connect seamlessly via Bluetooth® to an in-range mobile smart device. Please check the following:
Your mobile smart device is Bluetooth®-enabled and ready to pair with another device
Battery level of the mobile smart device
Battery level of the Cue Reader
Power source connection of the Cue Reader
If there are no lights appearing on the top of your Cue Cartridge Reader, please attempt a reset by inserting a paper clip into the small hole by the charging port for 2 seconds until the lights flash briefly on then off.
Note: You may need to turn on your Bluetooth again and reconnect your reader to your device after the reset
